Fuck.. TEN's Week 5 game is not certain at this point:

Midday 180's Paul Kuharsky reports Titans players broke COVID-19 protocols by holding an informal workout after the league closed Tennessee's facility.

The NFL and NFLPA are conducting an investigation. The Titans had two new positive tests on Wednesday, putting their Week 5 game against Buffalo in danger of not being played. Tennessee's illegal meeting away from the facility could result in the NFL penalizing them in the form of fines or draft picks.

I took RB1 D. Henry in the first round..

Yegods.. The NYJ game is now iffy, too:

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports all Jets players and coaches were sent home after a "presumptive positive" COVID-19 test Friday.


It's believed to be a positive player test. The Cardinals are scheduled to fly to East Rutherford this afternoon for their Week 5 date with the Jets. That's now completely up in the air until more information is known. It's become a full-time job for fantasy managers to try and stay on top of when/if games are going to be played.

UPDATE:

The Jets' "presumptive positive" COVID-19 test on Friday morning was a false positive.

The Jets did the correct thing by sending all players and staff home this morning after a player tested positive. A second test was administered later and it came back negative, meaning the Jets have nothing to worry about for the time being (at least in terms of the coronavirus). The Week 5 Cardinals and Jets game will play on time this Sunday. It's Joe Flacco time.

---Stephen A. rejoice. The Cowboys got thumped again. Stephen A. rejoice once more. They're still in first place in their high-octane division.
---After 2 losses in a row, the Bills are hearing Dolphin finsteps in their eardrums. Allen is young. He may let the pressure get to him...especially as the season wears on and the margins of victory...or loss...to marginal teams lessens.
---God must be a Chiefs fan. They got a test from the aforementioned Bills, so instead of Patrick, they pushed the Clyde button. If I had that many weapons in my arsenal, I'd conquer Greenland in no time at all.
---EARLY SEASON PLAYOFFS PREDICTION: The Titans vs the Steelers in the AFC Championship game. What about the Chiefs? Three Q wins and one painful loss. What about the Ravens? One so-so Q win and four turkeys. I see K.C. losing possibly two more. But even so, no one team is in optimum shape in this COVID season. It's anybody's game, and hunger counts. And coaching.

- TEN RB D. Henry "smashed," for over 250 scrimmage yards - including a 94 yarder (!) where he hit over 21MPH while racing to the end zone. He's 6'3" and 247#!!

Fuck.. The ENTIRE Los Vegas Raiders offensive line is now on COVID watch.. The ORT Trent Brown tested positive earlier in the week. To the point that the NFL "flexed" the TB @ LVR game to 4:05, and the SEA @ ARI game to the prime-time slot, in case the LVR game is cancelled..

---EARLY SEASON PLAYOFFS PREDICTION: The Titans vs the Steelers in the AFC Championship game.

I like how you think here. Heinz field would be a great venue for the game too. Any opponent would be fine.

Tomlin was genius yesterday letting the Titans get closer for the final FG attempt. The announcers earlier made mention of Gostkowski being perfect with 50+ attempts, but 1 for 3 with 40-49 kicks. When the Titans completed a pass to get closer I groaned and planned for some OT. My son reminded me of Gostkowski's troubles under 50 yards and said it was a plan. We joked and laughed about it, but it worked to perfection.

Oh, yeah!! KC Chiefs signed recently released NYJ RB1 L. Bell.

Hopefully KC gets the JETS version of Bell.

I told a friend of mine earlier, the J-E-T-S and Steelers were a dreadful 7-8 this season. Time to look forward to 2021.
